About Our Venue
How much does it cost to rent Wild August as a Venue?
Venue rental is $250 per hour of your scheduled event. Set-up and tear-down hours are billed separately at $50 per hour.
Note, for larger events and weddings, we recommend a minimum of 3 hours for set-up and tear-down.

When can I set up and tear down?
The Market at Wild August is conducted every Saturday morning from 9:30-12:30 during the spring, fall, and winter, and every Friday night from 6-9 in the summer, so these hours are excluded from set up time. Set-up not begin before market hours and tear down must be done before market hours.
Note: some set up may be done the day before a Market Day rental, so long as it does not interfere with Market space/set up.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental?
Included in the rental are 30 of 6 ft rectangular tables. Accompanying chairs are not included.
Also available are lawn chairs and games for use on our expansive lawns.

What spaces are included in the rental?
Our facility includes our 5,000 square foot open air pavilion, accompanying restrooms, a small garden house, an arbor with a rose lined pathway, and approximately three acres of gardens and lawn space. Regular Wild August parking, as well as five acres of pastures for parking are also available.
